Warranty

Anygig Guitars provide a One Year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor. If during the warranty period, your Anygig Guitar is found, on authorized inspection, to be defective in material or workmanship, Anygig will repair or replace, at its option, such defect without charge for parts or labor. In the event of replacement of the parts, Anygig will replace the defective part with either the same model product or one that is reasonably equivalent. Anygig reserves the right to use reconditioned parts and materials readily available at the time of the repair in the repair/replacements of the product. Parts replaced under this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original parts warranty period or for 90 days, whichever period is longer. In case of a warranty repair, your warranty period will be extended by the amount of time which the warranty repair has cost.

OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide proof of purchase documents in order to receive warranty service.

2. Notify Anygig, or an authorized retailer of Anygig, of the defects promptly upon their discovery.

3. Permit an authorized Anygig Warranty Repair Center to provide the warranty service during normal business hours.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT SHIP your guitar to any service center or to Anygig without a Return Authorization.

Please contact Anygig or an authorized retailer of Anygig to obtain a Return Authorization before you ship the product. The shipping and insurance charges are your responsibility. No collect shipments will be accepted. Products repaired under warranty will be returned to you prepaid and insured for replacement value only.

EXCLUSIONS:

Following is not covered by this warranty:

1. Defects which result from improper operations, maintenance or repair.

2. Defects which occurred due to modification, abnormal strain, neglect, accidental damage or exposure to extreme humidity or temperature.

3. Normal wear and tear to serviceable parts such as strings, tuning machines, frets, finish, fingerboard, electronic controls.

4. Tone. Tone cannot be guaranteed, because of its special trait that it depends on the subjective perception of the listener.

5. Guitars whose trademark, Name or serial numbers have been altered or removed.

6. Defects that have been subjected to repairs/modifications performed by anyone who is not authorized by Anygig to perform such services.

7. Guitars no longer owned by the original purchaser.

8. Guitars purchased from dealers which are not authorized by Anygig to sell Anygig Guitar.
