Please contact us before returning the defective item. Please don’t ship your guitar to any service center or to Anygig without a Return Authorization.

We do quality check before sending out items. If buyers receive defective products, please notify us before sending back items, please return within 7 days from the date you receive the items. Return items should include the original packaging and accessories. All returns must include all original items and accessories with undamaged packaging, in re-saleable condition, and all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.

Units returned and found not be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
